This page applies to kiosk transactions conducted in the state of Maryland. America Bitcoin ATM is required under Maryland law to offer both an electronic and a non-electronic method for submitting a Notice of Fraud. Submitting a notice does not guarantee a refund, but we are committed to reviewing every report promptly.

If your claim is denied, you may file a complaint with the Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation.
