Looking for a Bitcoin ATM in Las Vegas you can walk up to with cash? America Bitcoin ATM has three machines in the valley — on North Rancho, on South Las Vegas Boulevard, and on South Rainbow — and all three run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Scan your wallet, insert bills, Bitcoin hits your address in minutes.
Here’s the part most Las Vegas guides skip: Nevada has no Bitcoin ATM statute. No daily cap in state law, no fee ceiling, no state-mandated refund window. That is not a selling point. It means the only limits and protections at a Las Vegas kiosk are the ones the operator chooses to run — so it’s worth knowing exactly what ours are before you insert a dollar.
This guide covers our Las Vegas kiosks, what Nevada law does and doesn’t require in 2026, fees, ID, and how to use a machine.
Where to find America Bitcoin ATMs in Las Vegas
Confirmed Las Vegas city listings at publication:
| Area | Host location | Address | Hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| North Rancho / Meadows | Short Line Express | 2151 N Rancho Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89106 | 24 hours, daily |
| South Strip / Silverado Ranch | Short Line Express Market 17 | 9111 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89123 | 24 hours, daily |
| Spring Valley / Rainbow | The Tavern Bar & Grill | 1113 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146 | 24 hours, daily |
Live addresses, hours, and directions: Las Vegas locations. Elsewhere in Nevada or out of state: nationwide locator.
Two practical notes. All three run 24/7, which is unusual — kiosks follow the host store’s hours, and most host stores close. And the Rainbow Boulevard machine sits inside a bar and grill, not a convenience store; bars set their own entry rules, so call the host first if that matters for your visit.
What Nevada law does — and doesn’t — require in 2026
Nevada does not have a Bitcoin ATM statute. As of September 2026, no kiosk-specific bill has passed the Nevada Legislature. That was the finding presented to an interim legislative committee in March 2026, when AARP Nevada asked lawmakers to add daily transaction limits, mandatory scam warnings, a refund path for fraud victims, and a cap on kiosk fees. None of those exist in Nevada law today. The Legislature meets in regular session only in odd-numbered years, so the earliest a kiosk bill could pass in regular session is 2027.
Compare that to neighbors. Utah’s H.B. 72 caps kiosk buys at $2,000 then $5,000 a day. Arkansas’s Act 557 caps fees at the greater of $5 or 18% and gives new customers a limited refund right. Nevada has neither.
What Nevada does require: money transmitter licensing. The Nevada Financial Institutions Division treats kiosk operators that transmit currency as money transmitters under NRS Chapter 671, which carries licensing and surety bond obligations.
What definitely applies at every America Bitcoin ATM in Nevada is federal law. We are a registered Money Services Business: FinCEN MSB #3100029597181, NMLS ID #2521734 (America Digital Inc DBA America Bitcoin). Under the Bank Secrecy Act we must:
- Run a written AML program — KYC, transaction monitoring, a designated compliance officer.
- Verify identity: phone verification on every purchase, government photo ID as dollar amounts and risk rise. See Do You Need ID to Use a Bitcoin ATM?
- File a Currency Transaction Report when cash by or for the same person exceeds $10,000 in a business day, plus Suspicious Activity Reports when warranted.
- Keep records. There is a paper trail. Any Las Vegas kiosk advertising “no KYC” is a red flag, not a feature.
FinCEN’s Aug. 4, 2025 notice (FIN-2025-NTC1) restated that kiosk operators are money transmitters. In Nevada, that federal floor is most of the ceiling too.
What you get at an America Bitcoin ATM in Las Vegas
Because Nevada sets no statutory kiosk cap, our full verified daily maximum applies here: $29,500 per day. In Utah the same customer would be held to $5,000; in Arkansas, $7,500. Las Vegas is one of the places where the number on our header bar is the actual number.
That cuts both ways. A higher ceiling is useful if you’re buying for yourself, and dangerous if someone on the phone is telling you what to do. Read the scam section below before you use the high end of it.
What’s actually included:
- Cash to Bitcoin in minutes. Insert bills, scan your wallet, receive Bitcoin in one visit. No ACH, no bank hold.
- Non-custodial by design. Coins go to the wallet address you scan. We don’t hold your keys after the send.
- Verification tiers. Unverified purchases sit at about $2,000 lifetime; verified customers go to $29,500 per day. Apply at the high-limit form. Above $29,500, ask about the Private Client OTC desk.
- A receipt for every purchase, sent by SMS: date, time, location, cash in, Bitcoin out, rate, fees, destination address, and TXID.
- Hold and Release. A customer-protection pause we run on certain new-customer and high-risk transactions before broadcast. See Can You Reverse a Bitcoin ATM Transaction? for when a send can still be stopped.
- 24/7 live phone support. Call (888) 437-7582 and reach a person. Nevada doesn’t require that line. We run it anyway.
What you’ll pay in fees at a Las Vegas kiosk
A Bitcoin ATM in Las Vegas costs more than exchange spot price. That’s the retail margin for instant, in-person, cash Bitcoin — not a hidden add-on. Full breakdown: Bitcoin ATM Fees Explained: What You’ll Actually Pay in 2026 and Exchange Price vs. Retail Price.
Nevada does not cap that margin. Typical all-in cost at our kiosks runs about 15–20% above spot. On a $500 purchase at a 17% all-in rate, that’s roughly $85 in total cost — you’d receive about $415 worth of Bitcoin at spot. The exact figure varies by location and promotion. Cash in, Bitcoin out, and the effective rate all appear on screen before you tap Confirm. Nothing sends until you tap, and you can walk away at that screen.
Promo code: 25BATM takes 25% off the margin — not off spot, not off the network fee. Call (888) 437-7582 for help redeeming. Offers can change or vary by location.

How to use a Bitcoin ATM in Las Vegas, step by step
- Bring the right things. Cash (U.S. bills — no change given), a government-issued photo ID, your phone, and a Bitcoin wallet you set up. Never use a QR code a stranger sent you.
- Verify your phone number. The kiosk texts a code.
- Show ID when the machine asks. Small first purchases may start on phone verification alone; larger buys need a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. Details: Do You Need ID to Use a Bitcoin ATM?
- Read the on-screen warnings. If someone on the phone is telling you to ignore them, hang up.
- Scan your wallet address. Confirm the address on screen matches your app.
- Insert cash, one bill at a time.
- Review the total — cash in, Bitcoin out, rate, fees, destination — then tap Confirm. Some new-customer or high-risk purchases sit in Hold and Release before broadcast.
- Save the SMS receipt. The TXID is how you look the send up on the blockchain, and how we look it up if you call.

A quick note on scam awareness
Southern Nevada has a lot of kiosks. AARP Nevada told lawmakers in March 2026 that the state had 447 Bitcoin kiosks, 336 of them in Southern Nevada, citing a public operator listing. Nationally, the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center logged more than 13,400 complaints involving cryptocurrency kiosks in 2025, with losses above $388 million — a 23% rise in complaints and a 58% rise in losses over 2024. More than half of those complaints came from people over 50, accounting for more than $302 million in losses (IC3, May 2026).
Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford warned residents about kiosk scams in June 2026; the Secretary of State’s office did the same in December 2025. This is not a hypothetical risk in this city.
- No legitimate agency will ask you to pay a fine, bail, tax, or an “account freeze” in Bitcoin at a kiosk. Not the IRS, not Metro, not your bank.
- Once a transaction confirms on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed. There is no chargeback. And unlike Arkansas or Arizona, Nevada has no statutory fraud-refund window.
- If you’re being coached through the screen, hang up and call (888) 437-7582 immediately, then file with Las Vegas Metro Police and IC3.gov. If the send is still in Hold and Release, we may be able to stop it — that is the window. After broadcast we can preserve records and assist investigators, but we cannot claw Bitcoin back off the chain.

Frequently asked questions about Bitcoin ATMs in Las Vegas
Do I need ID to use a Bitcoin ATM in Las Vegas?
Plan on it. Every purchase starts with phone verification, and government photo ID is required for verified transactions — often well before four figures. That’s FinCEN and Bank Secrecy Act obligation plus our own KYC. Nevada has no kiosk statute that changes it. See Do You Need ID to Use a Bitcoin ATM?
What’s the daily limit at a Las Vegas Bitcoin ATM?
Nevada sets no statewide kiosk daily cap, so our own limits apply in full: about $2,000 lifetime unverified, and $29,500 per day once verified. Apply for high limits to move off the unverified ceiling.
How much does a Las Vegas Bitcoin ATM charge in fees?
Typically 15–20% above spot, all-in, depending on location and promotion. On $500 at 17%, that’s about $85 in total cost. Nevada does not cap kiosk fees, so the number on the screen is the only number that binds — read it before you tap Confirm. See Bitcoin ATM Fees Explained.
Are Bitcoin ATMs legal in Las Vegas?
Yes. Nevada has not banned or restricted kiosks, and no Las Vegas or Clark County ordinance currently governs them. Operators that transmit currency fall under Nevada’s money transmitter regime (NRS 671) and federal FinCEN registration. Legal is not the same as regulated — Nevada has the former without the latter.
Can I buy more than $29,500 at a Las Vegas kiosk?
Not at the machine. For larger size, contact the Private Client OTC desk — a different pricing model, closer to exchange rates, and not the walk-up kiosk flow.
What happens if I’m scammed at a Las Vegas Bitcoin ATM?
Call (888) 437-7582 with your TXID immediately, then file with Las Vegas Metro Police, IC3.gov, and the Nevada Attorney General’s office. If the transaction is still in Hold and Release, we may be able to stop the broadcast. If it has confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, and no Nevada statute requires a refund. Speed is the only real lever you have.
Can I sell Bitcoin for cash at these Las Vegas machines?
Most America Bitcoin ATM kiosks are buy-only. Check the individual listing on the Las Vegas locations page before you drive over if you need a two-way machine.
